Year 10 students have been working hard as part of their IGCSE in English Literature. Students impressed with original musical compositions, alternative books covers, character 'self-portraits', interior monologues, comic strips, diary entries and poems.
On 25th and 26th November, 2017, the Malaysian National Public Speaking Competition was held at the Asia-Pacific University in Bukit Jalil. SKIPS was represented by 6 students from the Public Speaking CCL class and they participated in the Junior category for ages 9-13 years old.
SKIPS football stars from Year 6, Aidan and Nigel, have become champions in the AirAsia Junior League 2017. They fought hard against 14 teams to reach the finals. Nigel, from Titans team, won Junior AirAsia Cup Champion and Aidan, from Shoot team, won Junior AirAsia Plate Champion both in the under 10 years old category.
Zara from Year 6 Hawks, submitted an essay on a topic chosen by her in conjunction with UNICEF's World Children's Day. Today Zara’s article was selected and published in the New Straits Times (NST). Well done Zara!
